Being part of the SUBSIERRA Winegrowers Network means sharing a way of working linked to the territory, the care of the vineyard and respect for the landscape.
- Take care of the vineyard: work the vineyard responsibly, respecting the soils, biodiversity and the balance of the environment.
- Keep the landscape alive: preserve the agricultural, cultural and human value of the SUBSIERRA territory.
- Strengthen the link with the origin: defend viticulture linked to the towns, the plots and the people who work them.
