Carlos Sánchez

After studying Viticulture at the Madrid School of Oenology, Carlos Sánchez begins to work in the Sierra de Gredos.

It was in 2018 that he settled in Rioja to undertake an intimate and personal project, focused on terroir wine, in which he sought the uniqueness of plots chosen in Sonsierra (Labastida and San Vicente).

Their preparations are characterized by being very limited productions, the result of meticulous individualized work on each plot, with the utmost respect for the environment and origin.
