SUBSIERRA will celebrate the next 19 de octubre, de 10:30 a 15:00 horas, en GOe – Gastronomy Open Ecosystem (Donostia-San Sebastián) a new edition of Territory Tasting, the professional meeting created by the association to bring wine regions with a strong identity of origin into dialogue.
After a first edition shared withCORPINATED, Tasting of Territories will have this yearVDP (Association of German Prädikat Wineries)as a guest territory, one of Germany's leading wine associations.
The event will allow you to learn about and taste in the same space the wines from the wineries ofSUBSIERRAand a wide representation of wineries from the different wine regions integrated into VDP.
Two territories, a conversation about the origin
Cata de Territorios was born as a meeting space between territories that, from different realities, share a way of understanding wine linked toorigin, the vineyard and the identity of each place.
For four hours, wine professionals will be able to freely tour the tables of the participating wineries, learn about their projects and taste a selection of their wines.
The program will be completed withtwo masterclasses, at 12:00 and 1:00 p.m., with limited capacity, which will allow you to delve deeper into both territories through a selection of wines from SUBSIERRA and VDP.
Open professional accreditations
Participation inTerritories Tasting 2026 is free and is aimed exclusively at professionalssommelier, distribution, import, catering, hospitality, specialized trade, press and other areas linked to the wine and gastronomic sector.
Professional accreditations can now be requested online and are subject to available capacity. The organization may review registrations to guarantee the professional nature of the meeting.
