For three nights, our wineries were present at official dinners designed to accompany film screenings that celebrate culinary culture from different perspectives.

The closing of the cycle was a historic tribute to Joan Roca with the screening of the documentaryone of ours, accompanied by a four-hands menu between Joan Roca and Dani García. An unrepeatable dinner that underlined the value of cooking as a legacy, memory and emotion.
For SUBSIERRA, it has been a pride to be part of a meeting that celebrates the creativity and passion of gastronomic culture on such a prestigious international stage.
